The painting shows a spooky old gnome sitting squat on his bum in a graveyard with a Jack-o-lantern in front of him. He's reading out of The Necrognomecon and raising a purple zombie hand from the grave beside him. The background is bright pastel rainbows with a dripping blood effect.
